"We did not interrogate Zuma during meeting" - MK Vets
Updated | By Andrew Robertson
uMkhontho we Sizwe Military Veterans have denied their leaders went to Nkandla to interrogate former president Jacob Zuma about his visit with the EFF.
MK Vets and Zuma had a seven-hour long meeting yesterday.
Last week, the former president sat down for tea with Julius Malema.
It’s not known what they talked about.
MK Military Veterans Association spokesperson, Carl Niehaus, says they were there to discuss Zuma's decision not to appear at the State Capture Commission of Inquiry and other pressing issues.

Niehaus says President Zuma unpacked for them reasons why he felt that he would not go to the Zondo commission.
"We fully agree with his reasons and we made it very clear to him that we believe that this will be a totally unwise move for those who want to pursue him and that it will cause political instability in South Africa. There is the potential of violence which we are not pursuing."
