Video of premature twins holding hands goes viral

An Australian new mum has shared a video of her newborn twins holding hands - accumulating over six million views on Facebook. See it below.
The twins were born prematurely at just 29 weeks old.
The video shows the siblings, Kristiana and Kristian, being cradled by their father and holding each others' hands.
Anthea Jackson-Rushford, from Melbourne has dedicated the post to other expecting parents.
"I would love to see this kind of positivity as a mum that faces the possibility of a premature baby. To all parents that face this, be comforted in knowing that today anything is possible and your babies will be just fine, ” the post reads.
