Unisa students, staff 'must communicate'
Updated | By Nondumiso Zakwe
Makhanya has been speaking to students who have spent this week protesting outside Unisa's Durban campus mainly over the closure of a number of exam venues.
He says it is vital to have a working relationship between staff, managers and students.
''It would be important for me to have a very clear-cut process of what unfolds.
''This is so that we don't find ourselves in a situation where I get information from the management that this is what we have done while I get contradictory information from student leaders. It doesn't help us in any way,'' he said.
