Hlabisa: Underperforming municipalities will be dissolved

Hlabisa spoke to the media on the sidelines of the GNU Cabinet Lekgotla in Pretoria yesterday.

He says this commitment has the full backing of all political parties within the Government of National Unity.

Hlabisa says parties under the GNU have agreed that there needs to be improved municipal performance and service delivery.

"There are municipalities who are not submitting consistently year after year and all you need to do is to be bold. It's either you submit this time around or we take radical action against you."
