Suspect in court robbery in Verulam court
A suspect is due to appear in the Verulam Magistrate’s Court on Monday on business robbery charges.
The 24-year old was arrested on Friday, while police were following up on information about a cash-in-transit heist in uMlazi.
Officers say one suspect was arrested and two escaped at the residence .
The man who was nabbed has been linked to another business robbery that took place at the Phoenix Plaza last month.
A car used to commit the crime was also seized by the police.
