Relatives of R74 crash victims receiving counselling
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
The families of six people who died in a crash between Greytown and Kranskop are receiving counselling.

Another 15 were injured when a minibus taxi and a car collided on the R74 over the weekend, before bursting into flames.
It's alleged one of the vehicles was trying to avoid a stationary vehicle when it veered into oncoming traffic.
Transport MEC Peggy Nkonyeni visited the victims’ families in Estcourt on Tuesday.

Spokesperson Kwanele Ncalane said: Well, it was a very moving meeting because some of the family members whom we interacted with were supposed to be in the same taxi, but due to some challenges that it experienced when they were leaving Nkandla, they had to use another vehicle.
"So it is quite a very touching scenario to interact with them because in they own words they could have been the victims should they have opted to use the same taxi."
