Political parties and independent candidates submitted their lists to the IEC on Friday evening.
However, hours later, the ANC and MK Party's list of candidates were leaked on social media.
The IEC has confirmed it's launched a probe into the leak which it believes may have been internal.
Ramaphosa told reporters during a door-to-door campaign in Gauteng yesterday that he is satisfied with the commission's.
"I am glad they called us and we had discussions and they are investigation. There is nothing wrong with the IEC process and I just want that to be clear."
