Ramaphosa has been campaigning in the city ahead of the upcoming elections.
He visited several areas including a church in Pinetown yesterday.
Ramaphosa says he's assured the woman, who lives with her two sons and five grandchildren, that she will be moving into her new home in the next three weeks.
A day earlier, he promised to build a school and healthcare facility in Inanda.
