Pinetown factory counting cost of warehouse fire
Updated | By Chanelle Lutchman
The owners of a Pinetown textile warehouse that caught fire last night are counting the cost of the damage.

The fire at Borage Trading, situated in Westmead, started just after 8pm.
Divisional Commander for the Fire Department's western region Dennis Govender says firefighters had to work fast to douse the inferno as neighbouring factories included a chemical factory and a tyre warehouse.
"We arrived there within minutes. We were very concerned about the neighbouring factories. The entire roof [of Borage Trading] was engulfed in flames. Some firefighters had to use breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire," he said.
The warehouse was closed at the time of the fire and no one was injured.
The cause of the blaze is still being investigated.
