Phoenix school shooting victim speaks out

The Phoenix teenager shot at the Stanmore Secondary School last week is still receiving treatment in hospital.
Cameron Ganesh says he had been talking to friends when a gun was fired at the school on Friday.
He told Newswatch yesterday that he had not been playing Russian Roulette.
Ganesh was shot in the back with the bullet shattering parts of his shoulder:
''The next thing I know - I heard this shot going off, and then the pain kicked in. I couldn't see properly but then my friends picked me up and rushed me to the office,'' he said.
His father Ronald says it will take months before his son recovers physically and mentally from the ordeal.
''The bullet didn't leave it there, it opened up a splatter in his shoulder. So there is still some debris in his shoulder bones, if they put it out it might cause damage to more of his nerves.
''They removed about 90% of all the debris that was in there which meant him losing most of his cartilage around his shoulder and most of his tissue areas,'' he said.
