Pack your sunhat and sunscreen, it's going to get hot

It is a sunhat and sunscreen kind of day here on the east coast.

The South African Weather Service has forecast maximum temperatures at all KwaZulu-Natal stations to peak over 30 degrees today.
Residents in the Pietermaritzburg and Ulundi areas can expected sweltering conditions of 37 degrees.
And for those heading to the beach to cool off, sea swells will reach 3.5m. Low tide is at 10.47am.

Durban and Mooi River - 32
Margate - 30
Ladysmith and Newcastle - 35
Maritzburg and Ulundi - 37
Richards Bay - 34
Kokstad - 33
And the Berg - 31
Sunset this evening is at 6.37pm.
There is a 30 percent chance of thundershowers across the province later, but hot conditions expected before then.
