Ntuzuma court hears probe into rape-accused pastor ongoing
Updated | By Bernadette Wicks
The Ntuzuma Magistrate's Court has heard investigations into a pastor accused of sexually assaulting young girls from his congregation - are not yet complete.
He made a brief appearance in the local magistrate's court yesterday.
The 35-year-old was arrested in November after one of the complainants accused of him of having raped her three years earlier.
Shortly afterwards, several more young women came forward. He's been denied bail.
The accused appeared in the dock dressed in a snug-fitting tanned suit with a silk pocket square tucked neatly into his breast pocket.
The court heard photo albums from the various crime scenes as well as psychological reports of the victims are still outstanding.

The latter is because they can't all be assessed by the same psychologist and so the Department of Health is arranging for them to be attended to at different facilities.
In the meantime, the case has been marked final and adjourned until May.
The accused remains in custody until then.
