Missing Durban businesswoman's family says they will not rest until she's found

It has been two weeks since Westville mother and businesswoman, Sandra Moonsamy was abducted and her family says they will not rest until she is found.

Moonsamy, the daughter of businessman, Poonsamy Naicker from Crossmoor Transport  was forced off Stapelton Road in the vicinity of the M13 in Pinetown.

She had been driving home at the time.

Her family released a fresh statement to Newswatch yesterday.   

In the statement, Moonsamy's brother, Inderan Naicker made an appeal to the public and press to share information on the case responsibly.

Naicker says there have been unconfirmed allegations published as fact by some media outlets and shared across social media channels.

He says this poses a further risk to his sister's life.

Naicker says the investigation into Moonsamy's current whereabouts and efforts to ensure her safe return continue.

He says the family has not given up hope that she will be found and reunited with her children and loved ones.
