Memorial service to follow King Zwelithini's night burial

The Government
has released more details on the arrangements for the special official funeral
of AmaZulu king, Goodwill Zwelithini.

The King passed away Friday from COVID-19 related complications.
Flags have been flying at half-mast across the country.
Following his death, King Goodwill Zwelithini was accorded a Special Official Category 1 Funeral - with military honours.
He will be laid to rest in a process called 'planting' - set to begin tomorrow evening - into the early hours of Thursday morning.
Government says an official memorial service will be held from 10am on Thursday - at the Khetomthandayo Royal Palace.
It's urged members of the public - who'd like to send messages of sympathy to the Royal Family and the Zulu nation - to use the e-condolence book available at [email protected].
