KZN motorists urged to be cautious when driving in wet weather

KZN road authorities have reminded motorists to exercise extreme caution today.

The rainy weather has restricted visibility in some parts, and you may find some routes waterlogged as a result of the overnight downpours. 


The N3 Toll Concession says traffic volumes are about to pick up again, due to the influx of holidaymakers to KZN for the Easter school break.

Spokesperson Thania Dhoogra says they are anticipating a busy few days. 


"Busy traffic volumes are expected in a southbound direction towards KwaZulu-Natal. All lanes along the N3 toll route between Cedara in KwaZulu-Natal and Heidelberg in Gauteng are open to traffic and no construction works are underway."
