KZN author launches business handbook in Zulu
Updated | By Portia Cele
A local author and business founder has launched the Zulu edition of a handbook for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
The Small Business Handbook was first published in March this year, and has now been translated into Zulu.
Nokwazi Mzobe, who was born and raised in Clermont, north west of Durban, holds qualification including a Business Science Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Masters in Business Administration obtained in the US and China.
Mzobe believes more books about running a company should be written in South Africa's indigenous languages.

"Authors need to explore the medium more. Even with our research, we found that perhaps a bank would translate a pamphlet, or translated material for training but not actual books that you would find at major book stores," she says.
"Once people see the book and interact with it, they will get what it is. The message is let's start creating content and business content in our own languages so that more people will learn and be empowered," she says.
