Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
IFP supporters were heading to Durban City Hall on Thursday morning to protest what they believe to be government's slow response to the plight of the city's flood victims.
The protest will also draw attention to issues like crime, gender-based violence and unemployment.
The party's Joshua Mazibuko says their members will make their way to City Hall at 10am.

"We are fed up with government that does not listen, a government that promises and does not deliver. When it comes to the issue of the recent floods R1 billion was announced and today, people are still packed like sardines in community halls.
"So these are the things that we say enough is enough. We are going to the City Hall to give an ultimatum to the mayor and the whole ANC leadership that we can't tolerate it anymore."
