They say a total of 1 839 people were vaccinated on Tuesday, and by lunchtime yesterday, a further 1 640 healthcare workers had received their shots from the 28 vaccinators there.
St Augustine's management says many people are arriving without vaccination vouchers, posing a challenge.
They say the verification and registration process is time consuming.
The hospital says vaccinations scheduled for Thursday and Friday have been pre-allocated and will only accommodate individuals who've booked spots.
