Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
KZN tourists visiting the north coast can now take a dip at the local beaches open for bathers.

That is according to Isimangaliso Wetland Park which opened its beaches under Level 3 of the lockdown.
The Park says since the government relaxed leisure travel they knew allowing visitors to return to beaches will revive tourism.
Spokesperson Bheki Manzini says swimming is allowed at designated beaches.

"In line with level 3 lockdown directive Isimangaliso Wetland Park opened its gates to visitors", he said.
"This will allow visitors to again experience activities on offer such as swimming at designated beaches which stretch from Saint Lucia right up to Khosi Bay next to the Mozambique border", Manzini said.
