A two-year-old boy has died while playing with another child in Botha's Hill, west of Durban.
KZN EMS spokesperson Robert Mackenzie says the tragedy happened on Benars Road on Tuesday.
"It is believed that two boys aged two years old were playing on a concrete pillar that was constructed out of concrete blocks which reportedly collapsed and injured the boys.
"Paramedics arrived at the scene to find that, sadly, one child had sustained fatal injuries and the other child had sustained critical injuries.”
