Weather clears up, cleanup efforts underway in Durban
Updated | By ECR Newswatch
The SA Weather Service says weather conditions that began clearing today are likely to remain clear for the rest of the week.
Durban has been one of the worst-affected cities in KZN - with flash floods, flooded roads, and mudslides affecting roads, business and residential properties.
The SA Weather Service had predicted that the city would experience 80% chance of rain yesterday and on Monday - resulting in a new record of rain for the month of July for the city.
Clean-up teams are still busy clearing roads that were affected by the downpour while some areas - for instance Blue Lagoon remain littered with debris.
