You can now eat your coffee cups!

Here’s something sure to get coffee lovers who enjoy
something extra with their caffeine excited.
Tea and scones are a match made in heaven, and now it seems coffee and sugar ice-cream cones are equally as satisfying – especially when served as a 2-in-1 combo.
Edible coffee cups are all the rage at the moment, with cafes around the world jumping on the tasty bandwagon.
Coffee shops in South Africa are also serving up the coffee cup craze.
Patrons are served their coffee in either a sugar ice-cream cone or a cup made out of cookies.
The great thing about the idea is that there are no disposable plastic or paper coffee cups used, which mess up our environment. Americans alone use 16-billion disposable coffee cups a year!
While some cafes do still use paper cups to hold the coffee treat, we are glad to see many are opting to go paperless with their edible coffee cups.
The idea is thought to have originated at Piccolo, a café in Australia.
The coffee gods thank you, Piccolo.
This is what coffee in edible cups looks like. We warn you, it could make you a coffee addict – if you aren’t one already!
