Why choose SA travel? We’re the friendliest!

That’s according to Helena Egan, who heads up the marketing department at TripAdvisor – a global travel website.

Egan, who deals with marketing and sales for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, rates South Africa as one of her top destinations.

She made the comments during the INDABA travel show in Durban recently.

When asked why people should visit SA, the answer was clear for Helena.

“I was having dinner with friends recently, and they remarked how South Africans are just so friendly and proud of their country. It really comes across,” she was quoted as saying.
