Here’s a “magic” banana sleeping potion to help you catch
some Zs at night.
You’ve tried counting sheep, tossing around until you find a comfortable position, but no matter how hard you try, you just can’t seem to fall asleep.
There are many reasons people have trouble resting easy at night.
It could due to stress, unhealthy eating, inconsistent sleep patterns, insomnia, and so much more.

Banana tea could be the answer to all your problems.
The potassium and magnesium in the fruit act as natural muscle relaxants. They also help make you sleepy because they contain plenty of carbs.
The best part about this banana tea recipe is you probably already have all of the ingredients sitting in your kitchen.
What you will need
Organic bananas (1 per serving)
3 cups of water (filtered)
Directions
Bring water to the boil. Then cut off the ends of your banana and place it unpeeled into the water. The reason for keeping the banana peels on is because they are loaded with magnesium and potassium. Leave your banana to boil for 10 minutes.
Use a tea strainer to pour the water into a mug, and allow to cool down. Drink the banana tea one hour before bedtime. You can also add a sprinkling of cinnamon. Eating the warm banana will also help sooth you before bed.
