The
FIFA World Cup in Qatar has attracted famous faces from far and wide.
Trevor Noah’s last show on ‘The Daily Show’ aired last week
and it looks like he went straight into holiday mode thereafter.
The South African flew to Qatar for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and got to hang
out with football stars such as David Beckham.
Trevor shared a picture of himself and the former Manchester United star on his Instagram page.
“As a 15-year-old I destroyed so many pairs of shoes trying to figure out how to bend the ball like this man. I never figured it out but yesterday he promised to buy me a new pair of predators. A true legend and absolute gentleman #Qatar2022 #FIFAWorldCup,” he wrote.

Trevor also bumped into another football legend at the World Cup. Retired Ivorian player, Didier Drogba, posed for a picture with South Africa's golden boy.
Trevor had nothing but praise for the former Chelsea star.
“Find me a defender who says he could contain this man and I’ll find you liar. What a fun surprise to bump into my brother @didierdrogba. One of the greatest strikers the world has ever seen! Drogba. #AfricanPride #legend #OneCrossOneGoal#FifaWorldCup," the 38-year-old captioned a picture with the footballer.

There are just four teams remaining in the World Cup – Morocco, Argentina, France, and Croatia.
More A-list football fans are expected to make an appearance in Qatar to watch the teams in action during the semi-finals and final.
The tournament’s closing ceremony, which is taking place on Sunday, December 18, will also attract huge crowds.
South African musician Zakes Bantwini will be feeling the world cup fever. He will be performing at a fashion show taking place between the semi-final and final matches.
Musicians from all over the world will also be taking part in the fashion show, which will showcase designs from 50 countries.
