Taylor Swift has celebrated USA's top athletes - gymnast Simone Biles, swimmer Katie Ledecky, and sprinter Sha’Carri Richardson - for their triumph at the 2024 Summer Olympics.

The singer is featured in a new promo video posted on NBC Sport's social media pages.

The video was shown during NBC's primetime coverage of the Olympics on Saturday, 3 August.

The video features Taylor's 'Style' song, which plays in the background.

“Never be afraid to show them who you are, especially when the whole world is watching,” Swift says in the video.

"Because there is no one way to be the best. No one way to inspire everyone else who will someday follow," she adds.

Taylor went on to praise the athletes for believing in themselves and loving what they do.

“You do what you love. You love what you do,” Swift says as more competition footage is shown. “You believe in your style, whatever it is.”

“Katie, Sha’Carri and Simone. Three American stars. Three different visions of greatness. Tonight, in Paris," she added.

Taylor's promo video comes days after Beyoncé honoured Simone Biles in new tribute video.

The video was loaded on the NBC Sport YouTube page on 1 August.

The video starts with three images of Simone, with the middle photo showing the words 'Power'.

The video moves on to Simone walking in victory as Beyonce's song, 'Just For Fun', plays in the background.

The next scene shows Simone's Olympic win.

Beyoncé's voice can be heard saying, "Let's talk about power because, really, that's what this story's about."

"Physical power: its beauty, its wonder. The way it never stops amazing you," continues Beyoncé.

The singer went on to praise Simone for her spiritual power.

"Then there's spiritual power, the kind that really matters. The power you can't see, only sense. The power you need in those moments when life goes a little sideways on you. And, of course, lasting power. Only a select few know what it feels like to get to the top and stay there. And, somehow, keep getting better," she said.
