Fezile Mkhize and Bryoni Govender gave South Africa another reason to celebrate with their impressive performances at the Mister Supranational and Miss Supranational titles.

Fezile, a qualified medical doctor, was crowned Mister Supranational 2024. He is the first South African and first-ever black man to win the title.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support that I have been getting from each and every one of you. This is a surreal experience... South Africa, we did it," he said.

Fezile was a clear favourite with fans, judges, and his peers.

"He is most deserving for this win. His intro photo stands out like Marvel's Black Panther. The presence, aura and charm is evident even by his photos," one Instagram user wrote.

Another user added: "So handsome in and outside! What a beautiful soul! He deserved!! So much love from Brazil."

Fezile follows in the footsteps of Richards Bay beauty, Miss South Africa 2021 Lalela Mswane. She became the first black woman to win Miss Supranational in 2022.
