Sophie Ndaba says diabetes is not something you wish on your worst enemy.
Sophie Ndaba says living with diabetes for almost a decade has taught her not to take life for granted.
The former 'Generations' star uses her social media platforms to educate people about the condition. Sophie took to Instagram on World Diabetes Day to talk about the struggles she has faced.
"Living with this deadly disease DIABETES for almost a decade has taught me not to take life for granted," the 50-year-old wrote.
