Serena Williams' husband melts hearts with cute daddy-daughter snap

Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian is a hands-on dad! 

The 40-year-old internet entrepreneur shared a hilarious picture of himself doing their five-year-old daughter Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.'s natural hair. 

He was attempting to do twists in her hair, but based on the little girl's expression, he was not doing a very good job. 

"'When you're stuck with the new guy at the salon. And he's taking too damn long'.  I'm trying, Jr.," Alexis Sr. teased.

Despite his best efforts, Alexis Sr. clearly needs to up his game as the twists were a tad bit too loose and dare we say - untidy. 

Alexis, who reportedly has a net worth of more than $150-million (R2.7-billion), could simply hire a professional hairstylist to do his daughter's hair. 

But the Reddit co-founder told his Twitter followers that he is learning to braid from Serena, YouTube, and his daughter's nanny. 

Many of his followers encouraged him to keep at it, and he will eventually become a pro. 

"You got this!! Keep practicing. These are priceless memories. Girl dads rock!!" one wrote. 

Another tweep commented: "You’re actually doing good! Just tighten them a bit at the bottom."

Alexis assured them that Serena "made it all better in the end" so his daughter was not running around the house in untidy twists.

Meanwhile, Serena's hair was also put under the spotlight during a recent outing with her daughter. The six-time Wimbledon champ revealed that he daughter told a random person that she is wearing a wig. 

"Nice lady: I love your hair. Me: Awww Thanks! Olympia : It’s a WIG!!!" Serena tweeted. 

Serena and Alexis are expecting their second child together. The tennis ace announced her pregnancy in grand fashion.

She showed off her baby bump at the 2023 Met Gala in May. Serena revealed on her YouTube channel that they told their daughter she was going to be a big sister one day before the fashion event.

“Remember how you’ve been praying for a little sister or brother? We went to the doctor, and it turns out I’m not getting fat but I have a baby in my belly," she said in the clip. 

While Serena has not revealed her due date, she is expected to give birth in November or December.
