Apple TV+ released the trailer for Selena's new documentary on World Mental Health Day.
Selena Gomez is gearing up for the release of a very special project. The 'Love You Like A Love Song' singer opens up about her battle with depression, anxiety, and lupus in her new documentary, 'My Mind & Me'.
Apple TV+ released the project's first trailer on World Mental Health Day - which took place on Monday, October 10.
"Every breath, a breakthrough. In honor of #WorldMentalHealthDay I wanted to share the trailer for my documentary Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me. November 4 on @AppleTVPlus," Selena wrote on Instagram.
The 30-year-old pours her heart out in the trailer, which shows her at her most vulnerable.
"No one cares what you’re doing. It’s about who I am. Being OK with where I am. I am grateful to be alive," she says in the first-look trailer. A tearful Selena reveals that she never wanted to be "super famous" but wants to use her fame for good.
“My whole life since I was a kid I’ve been working. I don’t want to be, like, super famous, but I do know that if I’m here I have to use that for good.”
Selena has been open about her mental health struggles over the years and reportedly had a mental breakdown at one point. Selena is hoping her new documentary will show a part of her story that people don't know - and hopefully help other sufferers.

My mind and me
We don’t get along sometimes
Gets hard to breathe
But I wouldn’t change my life
If somebody sees me like this
Then they won’t feel alone now
My mind and me
