Are Selena Gomez and Niall Horan the music industry's newest A-list couple?
Selena Gomez and Niall Horan's fans are convinced they are dating after they were spotted on a dinner date.
Niall was pictured with his arm around Selena while they posed for a picture.
The image was hardly romantic, as several other people who joined them for dinner were also in the shot.
Actress and producer Courtney Lopez posted the picture on her Instagram page.
"With all of our schedules and travel, we don’t get to see each other as often as maybe we would like, but every time we do get to sit down and share a meal together, it makes me emotional and so happy. and seeing my favorite people embrace my now husband makes me want to cry. they’re really all family," she wrote.
Adding to the speculation is the fact that Selena gave Niall a shout out on her Instagram Stories. She shared the former One Direction member's new song, 'Nice To Meet Ya', with her 157-million followers.
It's not the first time the stars have been rumoured to be dating.
Selena was allegedly spotted kissing Naill at a club in 2015. But she squashed the rumours during an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
"Oh my god! No. I love him, I always have. He's amazing," she said when asked about if they had a romantic relationship.
Niall previously admitted that Selena was his first celebrity crush. Could the stars finally be aligning for a match made in heaven?
A source told E! News that they are just good friends.
"Selena and Niall are not dating and have been hanging out as friends. They have always been good friends and have kept in touch throughout the years."

Selena has been keeping a low-profile over the past few months. She has been spending time with her friends and family.
The 'Come & Get It' singer shared a picture of herself curled up in bed on Instagram.
"Me, all the time," she wrote.
Selena's break from the spotlight will soon come to an end. She revealed in September that she is working on new music.
