He performed in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
In an interview with The Martin Bester Drive in 2016, he spoke about his love for South Africa.
“I’ve been here many times over the years, working. It is truly incredible," he said.
He also spoke about how he likes to perform both his old and new songs when he is on tour.
"But I’ve always felt that when an artist comes to tour, they need to play the new music, but I think it’s also important to show where you come from, you know, your story. So there will be a lot of the old stuff as well.”
