Davido's son passed away just a few days after his third birthday.
Police officials in Nigeria are reportedly questioning staff after Davido's son drowned in a swimming pool at his home in Lagos.
The Nigerian superstar is not believed to have been home when his son, Ifeanyi Adeleke, was found unresponsive in the pool on Monday. The 'Fall' hitmaker's fiancée, Chioma Rowland, was also not present at the time.
According to reports, Ifeanyi was underwater for a "long time" before he was found. Police told the Daily Post that staff members were taken to the station for questioning.
"If after they all give their own account of what happened and after preliminary investigations, if anyone of them is found culpable, the person will now be placed under arrest," officials told the publication.

One week before Ifeanyi's passing, his parents celebrated his birthday by sharing sweet posts in his honour.
"Happy birthday to the love of my life. Mummy loves you so much, may God always bless you for me. God has been so faithful to us and I’m so grateful to be called your mummy. May you be greater than your parents in Jesus’ name, amen. Love you twin!" Chioma wrote on Instagram.
Davido wrote: "I pray with all my heart that God grants you perfect health and pure happiness for as long as humanly possible. You will grow to be greater than me. Happy birthday, son."
The couple is yet to comment on the tragedy.

Davido has two older daughters - Aurora (7) and Hailey Veronica (5) - from previous relationships. The proud dad often shares pictures of his little ones on Instagram.
The 29-year-old revealed in a 2020 interview with TV presenter Ebuka Obi-Uchendu that the birth of his son changed him a lot.
"With my daughters, the little girls always love their dads. Their moms teach them how to be women... But as a dad, I have to train my son to know what he’s supposed to do and not do," he said.
