Paris Hilton slams 'cruel' comments about her son's head
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
"My angel is perfectly healthy. He just has a large brain."
Paris Hilton is clapping back at online trolls making disturbing comments about the way her son Phoenix looks.
The media personality and businesswoman took to her Instagram Story to share a lengthy post about kindness.
Paris became a talking point on social media shortly after sharing a picture of nine-month-old Phoenix sitting on her lap. "My precious angel baby Phoenix's first time in NYC," she captioned the image.
Many people, including stars such as Demi Lovato, Maye Musk, and Cassie, gushed about how cute he looked in his Burberry outfit.
However, some people were not so kind. They made shocking comments about the size of his head.
"That baby's head is huge. LMAO," one person wrote.

A TikTok user, with the handle @stephwithdadeets, shared a video slamming people for bullying a baby.
Paris spotted the video and addressed comments people made about her son needing to see a doctor.
"There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course, he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain," she wrote.
Paris also took to her Instagram Story to address the "unacceptable" comments.
"Targeting my child, or anyone else's for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe... If I don't post my baby, people assume I'm not a great mother and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful," she wrote.
The 42-year-old reiterated that her baby is "perfectly healthy".
"I hope that people can treat one another with more kindness and empathy."
Paris and her husband, venture capitalist Carter Reum, welcomed their first child together earlier this year. The 'Paris In Love' reality star revealed in a January post that her son was born via a surrogate mother.
"Our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy," she said at the time.
