Naomi Campbell, 53, announces birth of second baby
Naomi says it is "never too late to become a mother" after welcoming her second child in her fifties.
Supermodel Naomi Campbell is celebrating the birth of her second child. The 53-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday to announce the surprising news.
"My little darling, know that you are cherished beyond measure and surrounded by love from the moment you graced us with your presence. A True Gift from God," she wrote.
Naomi included a picture of herself carrying her baby boy - whose face cannot be seen. Her older daughter - whom she welcomed in 2021 at 50 - is pictured holding her brother's hand.
"Welcome Babyboy. It’s never too late to become a mother," the mother of two concluded. She did not release any further details about her son, including whether he arrived via surrogate or adoption.
The family's first photoshoot was captured by Grammy Award-winning producer and photographer Mathieu Bitton. Stylist Rodney Burns also made sure that the trio looked amazing for the shoot.
"Congratulations My Love @naomi. Thank you for having me play a small part in celebrating the joyous new addition to your beautiful tribe!" Rodney wrote.

Naomi has only given her fans brief glimpses of her two-year-old daughter and is expected to do the same with her son.
The toddler could be following in her supermodel mother's footsteps. She bagged her first major magazine gig when she appeared in a British Vogue photoshoot with her mother in 2022.
Naomi talked openly about her road to motherhood in the accompanying interview. "She wasn’t adopted – she’s my child... I can count on one hand the number of people who knew that I was having her. But she is the biggest blessing I could ever imagine. It’s the best thing I’ve ever done.”
She added that her daughter was a dream come true.
"I always knew that one day I would be a mother, but it’s the biggest joy I could ever imagine. I’m lucky to have her and I know that.”

Naomi's friends and fans took to the comments section of her Instagram post to congratulate her on the birth of her second child.
"Oh my goodness! Welcome!! Blessings upon blessings!" actress Zoe Saldana wrote.
Fellow model Iman commented: "So happy for you! Welcome baby boy."
