Miss SA recovering after car crash

Miss SA Adè van Heerden says she is struggling with "intense whiplash" after her crash.
Miss South Africa Adè van Heerden has some "minor bumps and bruises" after a car accident at the weekend.
Pageant officials confirmed that Adè was involved in a crash on Sunday afternoon.
"We are relieved to report that despite minor bumps and bruises, Adè is well. We thank everyone for respecting her privacy while she recovers," @Official_MissSA tweeted.

The two-car collision occurred in Johannesburg's Randpark Ridge.
The beauty queen was driving the sponsored car she received when she was crowned Miss SA after Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters became Miss World.
She was travelling alone, according to Nine Squared Communications. Fortunately, no fatalities or serious injuries were reported.
Adè revealed on Instagram: "After my accident on Sunday I have been struggling with intense whiplash and muscle stiffness to the right hand side of my body."
