"You really shouldn’t be saying all of these mean things to someone you don’t even know," Britney tells her haters.
Pop icon Britney Spears is speaking out after receiving hurtful comments online about the pictures she posts on social media.
The 'Oops!... I Did It Again' hitmaker says she has been receiving a lot of hate for posting "the same 15 pictures with the same red background and wearing the same white bathing suit".
The 38-year-old revealed that she has never owned a white bathing suit and was excited to share the posts with her 23-million plus Instagram followers.
"Reading all of the mean comments really hurts my feelings …. and I wanted to share because you really shouldn’t be saying all of these mean things to someone you don’t even know .… this goes for bullying anyone really !!!!!!" she wrote.
Britney added that the hard times we are currently living through should teach everyone to be nicer to each other.
"I saw some people were offended by me posting about horses... I am truly sorry if I offended anyone. I think it’s important to see things that bring happiness during hard times and making light of a situation can sometimes help people !!!! I love you all …. stay safe …. and be nice !!!!!"
