Mariah Carey reportedly sells Atlanta mansion at a huge loss

Mariah Carey has reportedly sold her Atlanta mansion for nearly R20-million less than originally listed for.

Mariah Carey has reportedly sold one of her properties.
According to weekend media reports, the singer sold her Atlanta 12,575-square-foot neo-colonial mansion at a loss.
The property was reportedly originally listed for $6.5-million last September, but it has now been sold for $4.3-million after sitting on the market for ten months. .
According to Architectural Digest, the property was sold by Shana Bradley of Ansley Real Estate to Michael Dickey.

Dickey is reportedly the CEO of Modern Luxury Media, according to NY Post.
“The home sold to a local family that knows how special this property is,” Bradley said in a press release.
“[They are] looking forward to enjoying all of its amenities for years to come. Both Ms. Carey and the buyer are very pleased with the outcome of this sale,” Bradley added.
Carey initially bought the property for $5.65-million in 2021.
According to Sky News, Carey spent most of the time at the property during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
It also has a pink-walled bar, a pool with a cabana, a series of gardens, several patios for dining and lounging, and a pavilion with a built-in barbecue grill, a tennis court, and three-car garage.
