Mariah Carey has hit back at claims that she sexually harassed her former manager, Stella Bulochnikov Stolper.

According to a TMZ report, she has accused the 'Hero' singer of doing "sexual things" in her presence.

Stella, who previously worked as a stand-up comedian and TV producer, has threatened to sue the Grammy winner for unfairly dismissing her mid-contract, and for unpaid commission.

The pair parted ways last year after deciding it was "in their mutual best interest" to end their professional relationship.

She has also claimed in court documents that Mariah has a substance abuse problem and doesn't take her medication for her bipolar disorder.

But Mariah has rubbished her one-time friend's allegations.

“Stella Bulochnikov was terminated from employment as Mariah's manager due to failure to perform her job effectively and ill-serving her client. Stella was not under contract for employment. She has been spreading false rumours to any media outlet that will publish them. We won¹t respond to lies and threats. Again, if this frivolous and baseless claim is filed, we will defend against it vigorously and successfully. It is also interesting to note that this is the first lawyer who will move forward on Stella’s behalf, having previously gone through three others who wouldn’t," a rep for the star told ET Canada.

Stella appeared in the singer's E! reality show, 'Mariah's World'. She often clashed with Mariah's longtime creative director and dancer, Anthony Burrell, on the show. He was fired after the 48-year-old's disastrous 2016 New Year's Eve performance.

Mariah's ex-husband, Tommy Mottola, encouraged her to seek "professionals for guidance" soon after the NYE show.

"I would never have encouraged her or guided her to do something like a reality television show!!!!! I don’t get it!! That does absolutely nothing for her integrity, her credibility, or her massive talent!! She should take a step back, think carefully and figure out what to do next," he wrote in a letter to Page Six.
