"The mainstream music industry is embracing house music and I’m loving it" - Queen B's fans react to her new song.
Days after revealing that she has a new album on the way, Beyoncé surprised her fans by dropping a brand new single on Monday evening.
'Break My Soul' was originally supposed to be released at midnight, but Queen B decided to drop the track a few hours earlier.
The song, which is the sixth track on her 'Renaissance' album, features rapper Big Freedia. A sample from Big Freedia's 'Explode' features on the single.
The New Orleans bounce artist took to Twitter to celebrate their collaboration.
"It feels surreal to be on the track with the Queen Beyonce," Big Freedia wrote.
The musician added: "Once again I’m so honored to be apart of this special moment I’m forever grateful lord. Someone please catch me."

Beyoncé co-wrote and produced 'Break My Soul'. Her husband Jay-Z is also a lyricist on the house track. The four-minute song samples Robin S's 90s classic, 'Show Me Love'.
The 40-year-old's new song is already making big music moves. The track's lyric video is already trending on YouTube.
The Beyhive is excited that the Grammy Award winner is venturing into a new music genre.
"Beyoncé had warned us that her album would be different from the others, she was not afraid to change direction and it is successful! This sound clearly makes me want to dance and enjoy! The fact that she is captured the era of the 80s / early 90s, it's impressive ! Yeeeeeeeees," one YouTube user commented.
