Kim Kardashian has flown to her family's Wyoming ranch to be with Kanye West after his headline-making "meltdown".
The reality star was spotted having a tense conversation with the rapper during a drive back to their ranch on Monday. She was visibly upset.

Kanye has been in the news ever since announcing he will be running for president in the upcoming US elections.
His campaign got off to a bizarre start earlier this month when he made some eyebrow-raising comments about him and Kim allegedly considering an abortion when she fell pregnant with their daughter North, and promising to give new mothers $1-million.
The 'Famous' hitmaker then went on a Twitter rant claiming he wanted to divorce Kim and labelled his mother-in-law Kris Jenner, 'Kris Jong Un'.
He also accused Kim and Kris of trying to send doctors to Wyoming to lock him up.
Struggle hero Nelson Mandela was also mentioned in one of his tweets.
Kanye's erratic behaviour put the spotlight on mental illness, especially bipolar disorder, which the rapper revealed he had in 2018.
Kim called for "compassion" and "empathy" after social media users accused her family of doing nothing to help him.
"Those that understand mental illness or even compulsive behaviour know that the family is powerless unless the member is a minor. People who are unaware or far from removed from this experience can be judgmental and not understand that the individual themselves have to engage in the process of getting help no matter how hard family and friends try," she wrote on her Instagram Story.
This statement released by @KimKardashian is a reminder that, as a society (and sections of press and social media in particular), more compassion and empathy needs to be shown towards those suffering from mental health issues.
