Kim Kardashian hasn't given up on her dream of becoming a lawyer

Kim Kardashian is still studying law and just shared an interesting update about her journey...
When Kim Kardashian announced that she was going to law school to become a lawyer in 2019, many people thought it would be a short-lived dream.
However, five years later, 'The Kardashians' star is still working on making her dream a reality.
After months of silence, Kim confirmed she was still studying law in an Instagram Story she shared this week.
"I can't deal with [with] all these f***ing hearsay exceptions! My least favourite subject in law school," she captioned a picture of a table with a stack of papers.
Kim failed the "baby bar" exam three times before passing in 2021. The baby bar, formally known as the First-Year Law Student's Examination (FYLSX), is a seven-hour exam.
"It has four hour-long essays that you have to write, and then it has 300 multiple-choice questions," Kim revealed on her reality show.
Passing the exam meant Kim was one step closer to becoming a lawyer.
"In California, the way I’m studying law you need to take 2 bar exams, this was just the first one but with the harder pass rate. I was told by top lawyers that this was a close to impossible journey and harder than the traditional law school route but it was my only option and it feels so so sooooo good to be here and on my way to achieving my goals," she wrote after passing the difficult exam.
MORE FROM EAST COAST RADIO:
Kim is following in the footsteps of her father, Robert Kardashian. The American attorney and businessman, who passed away in 2003, was one of the lawyers on OJ Simpson's legal team.
As much as Kim admires her father, there is another reason why the 43-year-old decided to study law after becoming a criminal justice reform activist.
She has helped free several men and women from prison over the years, including Alice Marie Johnson.
Kim even took her cause to the White House, meeting with President Donald Trump in 2018 to discuss prison reform.
"I had to think long and hard about this. The White House called me to advise to help change the system of clemency, and I’m sitting in the Roosevelt Room with, like, a judge who had sentenced criminals and a lot of really powerful people and I just sat there, like, Oh, s**t. I need to know more," she told Vogue magazine in May 2029.
Kim added that while she was able to say what she needed to say, especially about the human side, in the meetings, she wanted to do more.
"I had attorneys with me who could back that up with all the facts of the case. It’s never one person who gets things done; it’s always a collective of people, and I’ve always known my role, but I just felt like I wanted to be able to fight for people who have paid their dues to society. I just felt like the system could be so different, and I wanted to fight to fix it, and if I knew more, I could do more.”
