Katlego Maboe set to host 'Deal or No Deal SA'
The secret is out! Katlego Maboe is the new host of 'Deal or No Deal SA'.
The television game show, 'Deal or No Deal', is making a comeback in South Africa with a brand new host.
TV presenter Katlego Maboe will help bring the revival back to life.
The 36-year-old hinted about his new hosting gig shortly before the big announcement.
"Exciting news dropping today… #blessed #excited #ThankYouGod," he captioned the clip.
'Deal or No Deal SA' will debut on SABC 1 in March. Contestants stand a chance of winning up to R250,000 depending on which box they select during the game show.

From briefcase girl on 'Deal or No Deal' to Duchess of Sussex
Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, worked as a briefcase girl on the American version of the game show.
She was one of several models who carried briefcases with numbers on them. Contestants then select a briefcase and the model reveals how much is in it.
The Duchess revealed in an episode of her 'Archetypes' podcast last year that she quit because she felt like a bimbo.
"I was thankful for the job, but not for how it made me feel, which was not smart. And by the way, I was surrounded by smart women on that stage with me," she said.

Katlego Maboe's TV comeback
Katlego's career has been soaring since he made a tearful return to the 'Expresso' show in August last year.
He was taken off the air in late 2020 after his then-partner, Monique Muller, accused him of cheating. She also accused him of domestic violence.
While he admitted that he had been unfaithful, Katlego denied the abuse allegations.
Katlego has also been developing other areas of his career. He announced in March 2022 that he enrolled at North-West University's business school.
"Been a student of life for the last two years, now it’s time to do it again, academically! Big things loading," he wrote on Instagram.
And it looks like big things are loading for Katlego in 2023 as well!
