Justin Bieber should be celebrating the release of his highly anticipated album, 'Justice', but instead he will be fending off a lawsuit.
The 27-year-old dropped the album at midnight on Friday.

Justin's album release was dampened by news that French dance duo Justice is suing him for allegedly using their trademark "cross" design in his cover art.
The group's co-manager, Tyler Goldberg, says a cease-and-desist letter has been sent to Justin.
"The morning Bieber announced his album, it was pretty tough to miss. Aside from seeing it all over the internet ourselves, we heard from hundreds of people throughout the day — industry people, Justice fans — and the Justice guys received a ton of messages, not only compelled to point out the similarities between the Justice Justin Bieber album, but confused. ‘Is this a Justice collaboration?'," Goldberg told Rolling Stone magazine.
Here's a look at Justice's logo and Justin's album cover:

But some people think the French duo is reaching as the designs are very different.
That is a reach and a half.

The two logos look nothing alike.
Recently read an article claiming that @justinbieber's album #Justice title has a cross used in the text, which is trademarked by someone - (1) Style of the cross' are Not alike, (2) No one has legal claim over The Cross 🕆

Some social media users disagreed.
"The cross in the T of justice is their iconic logo, also why would Justin’s team message justices team for their graphic designer," a Twitter user wrote.
Yes it does, the cross in the T of justice is their iconic logo, also why would Justin’s team message justices team for their graphic designer
