Joe Jonas sends his ex Demi Lovato some love after 'overdose'
Updated | By Tamlyn Canham
Demi Lovato's ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas has joined scores of celebrities in supporting her after an apparent drug overdose.
Joe Jonas has called on his fans to pray for his ex-girlfriend Demi Lovato following reports she was admitted to hospital following a drug overdose.
The former Jonas Brothers singer, who dated Demi in 2009, says he is thinking about her.
"Like all of you I am thinking of @DDLovato right now. She needs our prayers and support. We all know how strong you are Demi. #prayfordemi," he tweeted.
According to TMZ, Demi was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday after her friends found her unconscious in her Hollywood home.
A rep for the star told the publication that the 25-year-old is "awake and with her family".
While several publications have suggested Demi suffered a heroin overdose, the rep says some of the information being reported in the media is "incorrect".
Demi's latest scare comes just one month after she released a song called 'Sober'. She admits in the track that she relapsed after six years of being sober.
"Mama, I’m so sorry I’m not sober anymore / And daddy please forgive me for the drinks spilled on the floor," she sings.

His older brother Kevin said on Twitter: "Sending my prayers and thoughts to @ddlovato and her family right now."
Nick Jonas, who has gone on tour with Demi, says she is a fighter.
"Like all of you I am reeling at the news about Demi. All of us love her and need to pray for her to get well. She is a fighter. #prayfordemi."
