Jennifer Lopez calls Jennifer Garner "an amazing co-parent"

Jennifer Lopez is opening up about her happily ever after with Ben Affleck and their blended family.
Jennifer Lopez says she is proud to be Ben Affleck's wife. The 53-year-old talked candidly about her life as Mrs Affleck in Vogue magazine's latest issue.
The December cover star opened up about how they make their blended family work. Jennifer has two children - twins Max and Emme - with her ex-husband, Marc Anthony.
Ben shares Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel with his ex-wife, actress Jennifer Garner. JLo made a rare comment about Ben's ex-wife in the issue.
She described Garner as “an amazing co-parent". She added that the former couple "work really well together".
"What I hope to cultivate with our family is that his kids have a new ally in me and my kids have a new ally in him, someone who really loves and cares about them but can have a different perspective and help me see things that I can’t see with my kids because I’m so emotionally tied up," the 'Let's Get Loud' singer told Vogue.

Ben has nothing but praise for his wife. The couple tied the knot in a romantic Las Vegas wedding earlier this year. The nuptials took place 20 years after they rekindled their romance.
He says she has "a heart that seems boundless with love".
"There is something innately, magically kind and good and full of love at the heart of who Jennifer is. That’s exactly the person I remember from 20 years ago," he told Vogue.
Jennifer legally changed her name to Affleck but will still use her maiden name professionally. She brushed off an opinion in The New York Times that frowned on her decision to take Ben's last name. The opinion piece, which was titled, 'Why It Matters That J. Lo Is Now J. Aff', noted that "given the cringe-y history behind the practice, a woman taking her husband’s last name feels to me like a submission".
But JLo is unfazed. "We’re husband and wife. I’m proud of that. I don’t think that’s a problem," she said.
Vogue asked the 'Maid in Manhattan' star if she wouldn't mind Ben being called 'Mr Lopez'.
"No! It’s not traditional. It doesn’t have any romance to it. It feels like it’s a power move, you know what I mean? I’m very much in control of my own life and destiny and feel empowered as a woman and as a person," she replied.
And Mr and Mrs Affleck continue to live happily ever after despite what the naysayers say.
