We thought we had seen enough crazy in 2020 to last us a lifetime, but it seems Kanye West decided to take things up a notch.

One day after his first political rally for his 2020 presidential bid, Yeezy took to Twitter to share his thoughts about, well, it is not very clear.

"I love my wife. My family must live next to me. It’s not up to E or NBC anymore... NBC locked up Bill Cosby," he wrote in two separate tweets.

Kanye also claimed that his wife Kim Kardashian tried to lock him up.

"Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie 'Get Out' because I cried about saving my daughters life yesterday [Sunday]."

The 43-year-old revealed during his Sunday rally that he and Kim had an interesting discussion when they found out she was pregnant with their first child.

"She was crying … and for one month and two months and three months, we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand," he told the crowd.

But after a message from God, Kanye said he realised they should keep the baby.

Kanye, who has spoken about his bipolar struggles in the past, also mentioned former South African President Nelson Mandela in his Twitter rant.

"If I get locked up like Mandela... Y'all will know why."

He has since deleted the tweets, but not before scores of people took screenshots.

Here's a look at what he had to say about several famous people, including Anna Wintour and his mother-in-law, Kris Jenner.

The rapper's fans are questioning his mental state after his online rant, with many calling on Kim to get him professional help.

But some social media users are divided over whether Kanye's latest rant is a cry for help or a carefully planned publicity stunt.
