Ice Spice's scrambled egg recipe raises eyebrows
It's like Kendall Jenner's "cucumber-gate" all over again...
Scrambled egg is a breakfast staple in just about every home. Despite its popularity, many people - including Ice Spice - struggle to make an egg-cellent version of the dish.
Ice Spice, whose real name is Isis Naija Gaston, took to TikTok recently to share a step-by-step guide on how to make scrambled eggs.
Ice Spice's scrambled egg recipe included:
- 2 Eggs
- Chopped onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- Baby spinach
- Dash of water
Simple, right? Not if it is your first time making scrambled egg! Ice Spice's recipe did not turn out as great as she expected.
"It just tastes really nasty because I am not a cook and it's my first time," the 23-year-old said of her finished product.
Instead of offering the first-time scrambled egg maker some words of encouragement, many of her followers agreed that the dish looked nasty.
An embarrassed Ice Spice soon deleted the video, but not before it was downloaded and shared all over social media.

Ice Spice retweeted the video on her X (Twitter) page.
"Pls delete," she wrote. The 'Munch (Feelin' U)' singer added several emojis including one of a nauseated face.

Ice Spice is not the only celebrity to have a mishap in the kitchen. Kendall Jenner went viral in 2022 after attempting to cut a cucumber during an episode of 'The Kardashians'.
"It's pretty easy," she told her mother Kris Jenner after declining an offer to have a chef do it for her.
The 27-year-old's weird cutting method left many people confused.
"Obsessed with Kendall Jenner trying to prove she’s not an out-of-touch spoiled rich girl by insisting on making her own snack and almost dislocating her shoulder trying to slice a cucumber," one Twitter user wrote.
