Hugh Jackman's cancer scare!
Updated | By East Coast Radio
Here is Jackman's powerful message he shared on social media about being sun-safe.
Hugh Jackman has always been open about his skin cancer procedure in the past.
This past Monday he revealed that he's had his fifth skin cancer in two years removed from his face.
He shared the news on his Instagram page and captioned the selfie:
"An example of what happens when you don't wear sunscreen. Basal Cell. The mildest form of cancer but serious, nonetheless. PLEASE USE SUNSCREEN and get regular check-ups."
Jackman first revealed he'd had some cancerous cells removed in November 2013.
The first time Jackman discovered the cancer spots was when a makeup artist noticed a little spot of blood on his nose while he was filming X Men.
Everyone please remember to be sun-safe!
