How to get your home ready for summer
Updated | By House and Garden
Here are some very handy tips from the founder of 100% Co-Op, Norman Vlotman on how to get your home ready for summer.
Spring is just a hop, skip and jump away.
We caught up with founder of 100% Co-Op, Norman Vlotman, to give us his expert advice on how to spruce up your home to get that summer feeling.
Get rid of the dull colours
Choose bright and bold shades that make your soul happy.
Gorgeous cushions shaped as doughnuts and watermelons from 100% Co-Op. Available at the ECR House & Garden Show.
Freshen up
Wallpaper just one of your walls. Do a fresh print of leaves and bright flowers. Keep fresh flowers in your home, switch off the aircon and open the doors.
Don’t follow trends, but rather find the things you like
Each season has a favourite animal. This year it is flamingos. Inflatable flamingos for the pool, giant flamingos or small ones for your pot plants.
Keep it real
Homemade is always best. Make homemade ice tea or lemonade. Kick off your shoes and walk around your home barefoot.
